Streaming company Silver Wheaton Corp. (NYSE, TSX: SLW) says it has closed its previously announced bought-deal common share financing. Some 33.1 million shares of Silver Wheaton were sold at a price of $16.60 per share for gross proceeds of approximately $550 million.
