First Mining Finance Corp. (TSXV: FF), Gold Canyon Resources Inc. (TSXV: GCU; OTC PINK: GDCRF) and PC Gold Inc. (TSXV: PKL) report that they haveentered into definitive agreements under which First Mining has agreed to acquire all of the common shares of the other two companies. The deal requires shareholder approvals.
