AuRico Metals Inc. (TSX: AMI) has appointed John Miniotis as vice president for corporate development and David Flahr as vice president for finance. Miniotis moves to AuRico from Lundin Mining, where he played a leading role advancing mergers and acquisitions, plus handled investor relations over the past six years.
