Endeavour Mining: Shareholders Approve La Mancha Transaction

Endeavour Mining Corp. (TSX: EDV; ASX: EVR) says a special meeting of shareholders has resulted in approval for a partnership with La Mancha Holding S.àr.l. and Naguib Sawiris.
