“Audit the Fed” is back in the spotlight, with the U.S. Senate set to vote on a bill to do an audit on the Federal Reserve’s assets next week. The last Fed chairman points out the bill might not actually be about auditing the central bank at all. Former Chairman Ben Bernanke is not too happy about it, either.
