Integra To Acquire Kinross Gold Project For C$7.5 Million Price Plus Shares

Integra Resources Corp. (CSE: ITR) says it will acquire 100% of the DeLamar gold and silver project in Idaho from a subsidiary of Kinross Gold Corp.
