SEMAFO acquisition by Endeavour gets near unanimity
(Kitco News) – Endeavour Mining said today its shareholders have voted overwhelmingly to allow Endeavour to takeover SEMAFO on the basis of 0.1422 of an Endeavour common share for each outstanding SEMAFO share.
