Wheaton Precious Metals Corp. (TSX, NYSE: WPM) has entered into an agreement with Sibanye Gold Ltd. (JSE: SGL; NYSE: SBGL) to purchase a stream of gold and palladium from the Stillwater and East Boulder mines in Montana for $500 million, Wheaton announced on Monday.
